The problem that they had shipping these beautiful glasses (see early reviews) has apparently been solved. My twelve cactus glasses arrived double-boxed, with plenty of padding, and all were intact. We've been using them regularly, and have had none break or chip. They are glass and are thin-walled, so are fragile.They are a lovely shape, and the green cactus stem is so appropriate for margaritas, sangria, or other drinks served with Mexican food!
