I ordered these for my 2008 Mini Cooper convertible, the set screw holes are drilled on the wrong side of the lug holes for the rear rotors making them impossible to install, it’s a manufacturing error. I called the company to describe the problem and had to call back the next day with the part numbers stamped on the rear rotors, then I was told to email in a picture (attached here). Despite reading back and confirming the email address it bounced so I had to call again. After sending in the picture I was told the product team would have to look at it and it would take a week. It’s now been a week and I haven’t heard anything.Once I discovered this my car was taken apart so I had to buy rotors at an auto parts store. The defective ones are still sitting on my garage floor.If you look at the attached picture you can see the old stock rotor set screw location compared to the new rotor.Otherwise the kit was nice, front rotors fit, pads were nice, and new wear sensors, bushings and dust caps for the slide pins were provided as well as new caliper springs and a packet of caliper grease per set. If the rear rotors fit and/or I received better service this would be a 5 star review
