These bowls and faucets (ordered 2) are lovely and exactly as pictured. They were well packaged for shipping and came with complete, very detailed installation instructions. Can't say for sure how easy they were to install, as our bathroom remodel contractor did it, but we heard no comments about problems. We chose these because of the color as well as the smaller bowl size - the 17" bowls that we've seen and used in friends' homes and hotels just take up too much space. The only negative is that they do show water spots, so we're now keeping a small microfiber towel on a hook under the sink - a quick wipe after using is all that's required.Looks great. Everything was as advertised. Elite even sent a chrome drainas well as a brushed nickel drain. You can choose which to use and keep the unused one.
