MID-SPAN APPLICATION Designed to easily size and access fibers in loose tube cables ranging from 1 to 3 mm diameters in mid-span applications. The MSAT 16 has 16 self-aligning sizing channels, making it compatible with various buffer tube sizes. Simply align the buffer tube with the correct sizing, turn the knob to the proper sizing channel, then insert into the buffer tube channel. Apply pressure and pull. PRODUCT DESIGN The MSAT 16 Midspan Access Tool features a self-aligning, easy-to-load buffer tube channel that supports & guides the tube through precision shaving operation. The Spring-loaded design eliminates need to lock or clamp tool while in use. Our cable stripping tool is constructed out of durable polymer and offers 16 diameter settings. It measures 1.875" x 2.75" x 2.25" (47.6 x 69.9 x 57.2mm) and is compact and light, with a total weight of 3.2 oz.
