The 1st one was delivered in a box with a lip. The way it was packed caused 3 tabs to break in transit. No big deal. Customer service was quick to send another. It actually shipped faster than the 1st. 5 start customer service. Their willingness to make it right and quickly is awesome.However, the 2nd one came in and I gave it a quick look. I was looking at the tabs. They were all there. After installing it, I noticed a small Crack that you can see in one of the photos.The biggest issue I have is that it does not fit my 2023 Charger as it says. You can see in the photos a 3/16" gap on both sides. The center of the diffuser does not sit neatly in place either. The OEM has several more tabs to ensure it lines up with the body of the car. This diffuser has about 7 I think and they do not simply snap in place. The diffuser is marked where the screw holes need to be drilled but they're off by nearly a 1/2". So, line it up before you drill the holes.I'm very disappointed with the fit. I really like this style with the angeled fins and this was the only one I could find on Amazon. I was skeptical about how it would look and fit because of the price. This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". Fortunately, customer service has been excellent. Sadly, this diffuser just does not fit properly. If you're on a budget, I guess it will work but I personally cannot deal with the gaps. I would have even dealt with the small crack if it fit right. I installed this 3 times to try and get it to line up right. If you get one side good, the other side is really bad. I don't know, just look at the photos before you decide. 2023 Charger R/T+
