This bed is awesome in SO many ways. Lets start with how easy it is to blow up. You flatten it out, plug it in and flip a switch. Once it's as full as you want, you flip the switch to the off position. The Pump is actually inset into the end of the bed so you don't have to mess with any attachments or anything.Secondly, once inflated this bed is high enough that you can sit on it like a normal bed. I hate the air beds that are only inches from the floor. Some of my guests are in their 70s and having them get off the floor on one of the other type air beds is just a non-starter.Thirdly, the bed is divided into a top (mattress like) portion and bottom (frame like) portion. Although both are the same density of air the division between top and bottom allows me to put on a nice elastic bed skirt and normal fitted sheet and they don't slip around. They fit under the edge of the top just like they would on a regular bed. So, once I get it all set up with the comforter and sheets it doesn't look like someone is camping out in my bedroom.Comfort is about what you'd expect for an air bed. A little firm and a little bouncy, nothing exceptional but very easy to sleep on.Deflating it is fairly easy too. Just flip the switch and fold up the bed until the air is all out.
