I researched grounding sheets on Amazon and this one seemed good, so I purchased it, with hopes of getting some nighttime pain relief from my knee osteoarthritis. I got that and much more!Most notably, my sleep has become much deeper. I say this because since sleeping on this grounding sheet, my dream life has noticeably increased.
