I am absolutely floored over how well these work. I had some serious doubts. I figured these were just the latest fad, like last year it was a "weighted" blanket.I was led to purchase these after seeing a post about them in one of my local Facebook groups. So many oif my nighbors were swearing about how well these were working for them. Still doubtful, I did some more extensive research about the science and history. I had read before about the benefits of going barefoot at times, but really how many of us can ground our bare feet to earth on a regular basis?I decided to take a chance. They did cost more than I expected, but I was willing to try it out. I suffer with ailments. The pain at night from inflammation does not allow me to sleep long. I constantly flip from one side to the other most of the time.I immediately felt a difference. Yes the very first night. I still am doubting as psycho sematic. I was almost afraid to mention anything to my wife. I decided to give it a few more days before deciding what I think, and coming here to write a review. This is what I have found out. I am sleeping much better. I wake up with a feeling of being refreshed, that I have not felt in years, yes years. I know I am not flipping as much. The biggest thing for me is not only feeling refreshed, but I am waking with zero anxiety. I can't explain it. (If you don't know what anxiety is, just know you are lucky.) At this point after a week, I can't imagine ever NOT using these grounding type sheets. If you don't sleep well, you know how hard it is to find ANYTHING that helps. Sleeping pills are all bad. They say many lead to Dementia, yikes!As far as the sheets themselves. They appear well made, and fit my King Memory Foam mattress very well. The cord is very long. I put the plug at the head of the bed, so only needed a couple feet. I kept the rest coiled, to keep it neat. I washed the sheets before use. My wife said they were harder than what we had. I like them, they feel soft to me. I don't like the soft slippery sheets so much.I highly recommend you give these sheets a try. As I mentioned, I am a skeptic, and don't usually believe any of these fads. I was honestly shocked that I could tell such a difference on the very first night. I am now hoping to increase my sleep from the 7 hours I get now. I am excited about trying to go to bed an hour earlier! I don't usually write this long of a review, but felt this buy deserved it.
