I felt the need to review this product because it has been an amazing experience for me.After purchasing several types of desk pads; (another brand glass desk pad, a leather desk pad, a wood and leather, etc.) I purchased this glass desk pad because it was clear and the bevel prevents trash from getting underneath the glass as easily as a non beveled pad would. This desk pad is heavy and you don't want to have to move it unnecessarily.My the glass on my desk is 2/3 inches thick (15 mm) and 7 foot long. I may not actually need a desk pad, but I'd rather get scratches on a desk pad than have to replace the actual glass desk top. Also, I wanted to be able to see through my beautiful desk and this glass desk pad allows me to do just that. All of the other desk pads that I purchased (and returned) were of high quality, but they defeat the purpose of having a glass desk (to see through it). I realize that this is not how this desk pad is normally used, but I decided it was worth a try anyway.When it arrived, I noticed that despite the weight, it was well packaged. That was a sign of good things come. When I removed it from the box, I KNEW that I had found a keeper! It was beautiful and the quality was unmistakeable.The seller provided TOP NOTCH customer service. They answered all of my questions before and after purchase. After my desk pad was in place, the clear adhesive pads moved around a bit & needed to be replaced (probably because I placed the desk pad on a glass top desk vs the usual wooden desk). I reached out to the seller & they immediately shipped more. Those, never arrived and I reached out to the seller again and they didn't hesitate to ship another package of adhesive (and non adhesive) pads. I honestly thought that they had forgot to send the first set but almost 6 weeks later, the first set of pads arrived in the mail, obviously no fault of the seller.Overall, I can say is that Clearly Innovative has a great product and even better customer service. I can't imagine anyone being anything other than satisfied.
