If you are not sure of the item numbers for your vehicle, what i always do is take my VIN number for my rig to the parts counter at any local GM dealer. You describe to them what you need, and they give you the exact part number of the replacement part YOU need for YOUR vehicle. Just ask them to print out 'quote' of what you asked for. it has the GM part numbers on it. Then you can just enter these in Google and get them online for a lot less. Amazon normally wins the lowest price award. There are several variations of most parts even on same model cars so you need to know exactly what is in your vehicle.This particular mirror fit my 2002 Chevy Tahoe Z71 w/ heated mirrors and w/o built in blinkers. There are two electrical connections you need to plug in when installing to make sure the heated backing is receiving power. its really a piece of cake. I've never installed a mirror before and this took me about 2 minutes to put in. Flathead to pry off my cracked mirror, and remove 2 connections. Put new one in and connect the electrical connections. Press to reinstall into mirror housing. Absolutely perfect fit exactly what i needed.True OEM received as advertised for 2001 Yukon SLT.
