I thought I was getting the top as well as the bottom. Why else would the chart that was provided give information on the shoulders, chest, and arm length? I don't know if it gives protection or not. I just wish that the fact that it was for bottom only was made more clear. I just went by what I saw pictured and by the chart.I tested this with my cel phone's meter ( cel phones have a very accurate digital EMF meter, not the bar graph. It tells on web how to access it for your particular phone ) and it blocked the EMFs very well. Actually the proper term is "attenuate" since no material will block 100%. >>> you have to get 2-3 sizes larger than your normal size. I take a large-XL and this is 3XL. If you normally take a XL or larger, this might not be the right EMF pants for you. The legs are thin and stretch to fit. My first order was a 2XL, and it's a snug fit.
