GURLLEU Gas cylinders - GURLLEU produces portable gas cylinders through advanced technology. Compared with conventional respirators, we use aluminium or aluminium composite cylinders instead of steel ones, with weight reduction of 40%-70%, so they are more preferable for people with breathing problems. Charging System Set - 3 liter / 30 cubic feet capacity cylinder - Integrated valve gauge for input / output - High pressure filling hose with Foster quick disconnect Fill Station Assembly Easy to installation and operation Bottle Neck Standard M18*1.5-6H threaded Bottle Surface Smooth outer surface Charging System Set Fill Station Assembly Bottle Neck Bottle Surface Pressure Service - Working Pressure: 30 Mpa / 4500 PSI - Water Testing Pressure: 50 Mpa / 7500 PSI - Burst Testing Pressure: 102 Mpa / 15300 PSI Cylinder Structure - Featured Imported AL-6061 lining - Seamless design of filament winding - Full-wrapped of carbon fiber and glass fiber Valve Structure - High pressure gas cylinder valve in line with standard. - Exquisite workmanship - Military quality, safe and reliable Standard - CE and EN standards, but Not DOT. Imported

Product Specification 3L / 30 Cu.Ft capacity, 20-30 MPa / 3000-4500 PSI service pressure, CE certified, Not DOT ( Filling it by yourself ), M18x1.5 bottle screw thread size.

Product Structure Using high-quality raw material AL6061 aluminum alloy liner with full-wrapped carbon fiber and glass fiber winding, external surface treatment is epoxy coated, high strength features creep resistance, shock resistance and corrosion resistance.

Product Testing Performance One of the safety tests is the hydrostatic test pressure, for carbon fiber cylinders, it can reach 50Mpa. The other is the minimum burst pressure, which can reach 102Mpa for carbon fiber cylinders, can hold more gas under the same volume conditions.

Product Advantage Carbon fiber composite air cylinder is a new material cylinder developed in recent years. Compared with the traditional steel cylinders, the weight is reduced by 70%, the corrosion resistance is strong, there is no magnetic property, the performance is stable, and the inner surface is specially treated to ensure that the holding gas is clean and has no odor, long service life (The service life is 15 years).

Product Application Loading gas, Emergency escape, Fire breathing, Underwater breathing, Lifesaving of ships, Clean energy, Snorkeling diving breathing, PCP rifle and Paintball filling, Medical care and Mine emergency etc. Widely for fire-fighting, chemical industry, shipping, laboratory, mine, pertroleum, warehouse, factory and metallurgy, it can be used in various positive pressure breathing apparatus.

I have two IORMAN tanks; a 3L and a 6.8L and in a few months I will also buy a 9L tank. The 3L tank is not DOT-certified but carries an EU certification so I'll use it for three years then buy another (I can't find anyone willing to hydro test it). The 6.8L tank is DOT-certified and I had my initial fillup done at a SCUBA shop. The 3L tank comes with a luminous manometer (gauge) with x10 bar units and is rated for 310 bar. The manometer on the 3L tank stuck on the first full fill, but after my SCBA pump came in, I completely emptied the tank, tapped the gauge, and have used the tank and refilled it several times since (I use the tank for airguns, as a portable air tank for filling tires, and also for dusting tools and computers) and the manometer has been working fine so I write that off as a fluke. The manometer on the 6.8L tank is not luminous, but it is wrapped with a luminous band around the tank (good for SCUBA and SCBA use, or nighttime hunting). The 6.8L tank is very good, and I like the regulator design better than the one on the 3L tank, but the manometer is different; the units are PSI, and it was the first tank I filled with my SCBA tank. I set it to 310 bar and walked away, then when it stopped I came back, shut the regulator, and bled the air out of the line.. then I went to pick it up and RAN... the gauge read 5500psi! I was nervous AF. However, if they're going to fail, SCBA tanks fail on inflation, not deflation, so I let the tank lie where it was and cool for a while in the garage, then went back and checked on it. I connected a hose with a plug to the regulator, opened the valve.. and the gauge shot up to around 5300psi. I bled the air out. It wasn't going to fail on inflation so I went ahead and used it as-is.The next time I filled it, I kept a very close eye on the pump until it hit 300 bar, and checked the gauge on the tank - yes, it was reading almost 1,000 PSI high. I then let some air out, connected the 6.8L tank to the 3L tank, and relaxed; the pressure leveled out just under 300 bar, but the gauge on the 6.8L tank was still reading over 5,000 psi. The manometer reads way high so it is faulty and needs to be replaced. Deducting only one star for that, because I'm having to order a manometer from China.Overall I am very happy with the tanks and the regulators, and I know IORMAN would replace the manometer on the 6.8L tank but I want a luminous one in BAR units since that will match the other tank, the pump, and the guns so I can trust nontechnical friends with the gear thanks to consistent units across all the equipment. On the 3L tank I deducted one start on value for the money, due to the lack of a DOT certification; in the US no one will hydrotest it, and few shops will fill it with just the EU certification. So, if you don't have a SCBA pump, you could be out of luck with no way to fill it, and since you can't get it hydrotested, you'll need to discard the tank after three years.
