Please note that this media converter comes by default with only one interface type cable. You may select any of the X.21, RS-530 or RS-449 interfaces for the same converter. Please specify in the Notes field at ordering the desired interface type and we will provide that type of cable. Media converter also does include an AC 90-240V power adapter in its carton package. The FRM220-X21530449-SC20A is a media converter for either X.21, RS-530 or RS-449 high-speed synchronous data interfaces and achieves transmission of such interface over a single strand of single-mode optical fiber 9/125umcore for up to 20Km reach. The SC20A model MUST be paired with the SC20B model as they are using complementary wavelengths. FRM220-X21530449 series are available in a wide range of SC type optical modules, covering operating distances from 2Km up to 120Km. The media converter is also available for WDM single strand fiber optic connections. FRM220-X21530449 works with the FRM220 series of chassis which range from single slot to up to 20 slot 19" or 23" mountable chassis with SNMP/web/telnet management. Such management provides converter status, type, version, fiber link status, data link status and alarms. Configuration is also available to enable or disable the port, reset the port, set the data rate, modify the clock mode, and initiate local or far end loop back tests.
